-1/2C heavy whipping cream\r
-2T-3T of powdered sugar\r
-1/2t vanilla extr\r

CHICKEN CORDON BLUE\r
Serves 2\r
-2 boneless chicken breast\r
-2 slices of swiss cheese\r
-2 slices of ham\r

For the breading\r
-1/2C flour\r
-1/2C italian breadcrumbs or panco\r
-salt & pepper to taste\r
-paprika to taste\r
-1 egg\r
\r
Butter & Wine Sauce\r
-1/2C white wine (I used sauvignon blanc) \r
-6T butter\r
-2t chicken boullion \r
-1T cornstarch\r
-1C whipping cream \r
\r
*Cook the chicken on the stove for 1 minute on each side then bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.\r
