We did tell you that Kareena Kapoor would be doing a cameo in Golmaal 4 and here is the biggie that seeps in saying that she would be doing an item song. Wow! An item song with a pregnant Kareena is sure gonna be a different eye candy hai na?
We did tell you that Kareena would not be in for Golmaal 4 as the shoot goes on floors in January and Kareena would be a mother by then and all attention on the lil one. Obviously we would miss her and to make it up Rohit Shetty has decided to give her a cameo which maybe could be an item song.
