A great alternative to sugary banana bread, this oatmeal protein bake can be flavored with a variety of fruits. Even the kids will love it!\r

This oatmeal protein bake is absolutely bomb! Its a healthier version of banana bread that easily satisfies your sweet tooth while delivering protein, complex carbs and healthy fats.\r

Once youve mastered the basic recipe, try flavoring it with a variety of fruits. Even the kids will love it!\r

Ingredients:\r
• Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 cups\r
• Vanilla Protein Powder 4 scoops\r
• Ground Flaxseed (Optional) 2 tbsp\r
• Baking Powder 1 tsp\r
• Salt 1/4 tsp\r
• Cinnamon 1 tbsp\r
• Stevia in the Raw\r
• 1/2 cup\r
• Egg Whites 4\r
• Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 1/2 cups\r
• Plain Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup\r
• Unsweetened Applesauce 4oz\r
• Bananas (Sliced fairly thin) 2\r
• Strawberries (Sliced fairly thin) 4 large\r

Directions\r
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.\r
2. In a medium bowl mix together dry ingredients.\r
3. In another medium bowl mix together wet ingredients except fruit.\r
4. Spray an 8 or 8.5 round or square baking pan with non-stick spray.\r
5. Line the bottom of the round baking pan with one of the thinly-sliced bananas.\r
6. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients - make sure it is distributed evenly.\r
7. Pour mixture on top the layer of sliced bananas.\r
8. Cover with remaining sliced banana and sliced strawberries.\r
9. Bake for 40-45 minutes until top is golden brown, or inserted knife comes out clean.
