Whose Taj Waqf tribunal order has created, says Supreme Court

Speaking on the ownership of Taj Mahal, the SC has said that the Sunni Waqf Tribunal's order has created problem. The top court said that the ownership order is problematic. The Sunni Waqf Board had contended that the Taj Mahal was the property of the board and was handed over to the board by emperor Shah Jahan.
