Splitting A Really Nice Box Of Bees

This was my first split of new. I started with a bunch of video already on my memory cards so I ran out of recording space but I think you get a pretty good picture of how to make splits here. The basics are. put in as much brood as you can spare and some honey to get them started. You can supplement pollen but my bees are bringing in plenty of that right now. Put in plenty of bees and a way for them to make a queen and either move them or close the box for 48 hours so they dont return to the old location. And. Alakazam! New colonies.
