Designers of Kansas Water Slide Indicted for Murder in Deadly Water Slide Incident

The attorney general for the state of Kansas, Derek Schmidt, announced Tuesday that a Wyandotte County grand jury has indicted a third person and a construction company in connection to the deadly 2016 water slide incident that took the life of a 10-year-old boy.
