Woman spotted eating raw meat outside London’s Charing Cross Station

A woman eats raw mince meat outside a busy train station in central London, dressing her snack in vegetable oil and lemon.

In video filmed today (March 16), the middle-aged woman is seen standing with the opened packet of mince in front of her. She then pours some oil into the packet and starts to mix it all up with a fork. She then takes several bites out of a whole lemon.

According to the filmer, the incident took place outside Charing Cross Station.
