It's a NewsX mega exclusive. The notorious Lashkar E Taiyybba (LeT), headed by Hafiz Saeed has reportedly split and even as Central Intel Agencies verify reports of the split in Lashkar. The creation of the Lashkar offshoot is being touted as a diversionary tactic. Lashkar commander Amir Hamza has split from the LeT Chief Hafiz Saeed and gone on to form Jaish-E-Manqafa but it is the global crackdown on LeT that has left the terrorist outfit bankrupt including fact sanctions and us cut in Pak aid. Add to that, Indian forces attack on its commanders - there were around 200 militants killed last year alone, including Lashkar commanders Junaid Matto and Bashir Lashkari.
