Using rice water may make your hair grow fast, repair damaged hair, make hair shiny, strengthen hair and stop split ends. I use rice water on my hair because the protein in the rice makes my hair grow really fast! The Yao women in China use rice waterand its their secret to very long hair. When using the air fan, stand at least 3 feet away to avoid getting your hair caught in the fan. \r

You use one (1) ounce of rice per one (1) cup of water.\r
