If preparing the fish is difficult you can use a can of tuna or salmon and follow this same recipe.\r

3 cups cooked and flaked king fish- add fish pieces to a pot with a little water boil until cooked then fake into small pieces.\r
1 onion finely chopped\r
juice of 1/2 lemon\r
1 tbsp. bandanya\r
1 tbsp. minced garlic\r
1 scallion finely chopped\r
1 tsp veg oil\r
1/4 tsp. paprika\r
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper\r
1/4 tsp fish seasoning / old bay seasoning/ all purpose seasoning\r
1/4 tsp celery salt\r
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning optional\r

2 cups AP flour\r
1 1/2 tsp baking powder\r
1 1/2 tsp yeast\r
1/2 tsp salt\r
extra dry flour\r
1 1/4 cups water lukewarm\r
