Cutlets made with mixed vegetables make a delicious snack with a cup of tea or a complete meal for breakfast.\r

Ingredients: Noodles 1 cup Salt to taste Onion 1 small cup Carrot 1 small cup Coriander leaves 1 bunch Green chilies 2-3 nos Pepper powder 1 pinch Spinach 1 small cup Coriander powder ½ tsp Lime juice 2-3 tsp Oats powder 1 small cup All purpose flour 3 tsp Bread crumb 1 cup Oil 2 tsp\r

Method :\r
Boil the noodles till mashy consistency with salt in it.\r
Add onions, carrots, green chilies, coriander leaves, pepper powder, spinach, coriander powder, lime juice, salt and mix it carefully.\r
Now add oats powder and mix it again.\r
Make dumplings with your hands and keep it aside. If its sticking to your hands apply some water to your hands.\r
Make small tikkis with the dumplings and make slurry of all purpose flour, salt and water.\r
Dip these tikkis in the slurry both the sides and coat them with bread crumb.\r
Pan fry them with some oil. Place all the tikkis on pan and cook on medium flame.\r
Cook both the sides till they turn into golden brown.\r
Take them in a plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
