A teenage Instagram star was arrested at a shopping mall in North Carolina by police after she allegedly kicked an officer on February 24.Two police officers pinned 17-year-old model Victoria Waldrip to the floor at the Four Seasons Town Centre Mall on Saturday, February 24, according to the New York Post. The teenager, whose Instagram name is ‘Woah Vicky’, was subsequently charged with trespassing, assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest, the report said. The scuffle reportedly prompted false fears of an active shooter in the mall.The fair-skinned model, who has built a base of 107,000 followers on Instagram, regularly stokes controversy with racially-charged jokes and claims that she has black heritage based on an Ancestry.com DNA test.Waldrip’s arrest was filmed by a friend.
