On this morning's From The South, we take you to Venezuela, where the Communist Party of Venezuela has endorsed Nicolas Maduro as their presidential candidate. As well in Venezuela, military exercises were planned to show their military strength and recent military agreements with China. As well we will be talking about the new ceasefire agreement between the Colombian government and the ELN.
