SIOUXSIE & THE BANSHEES performing live for the first time their PEEPSHOW LP in its entirety at Chalet-à-Gobet, Lausanne, Switzerland as part of Hot Point Festival on 03 September 1988 with the full setlist of the show being as follows:
1/ The Last Beat Of My Heart, 2/ Ornaments Of Gold, 3/ Green Fingers, 4/ The Killing Jar, 5/ I Promise, 6/ Turn To Stone, 7/ This Wheel's On Fire, 8/ Something Blue, 9/ Scarecrow, 10/ Rawhead And Bloodybones, 11/ Carousel, 12/ Night Shift, 13/ Red Light, 14/ Peek-A-Boo, 15/ Christine, 16/ Cities In Dust, 17/ Burn-Up, 18/ Skin, 19/ Rhapsody, 20/ Dear Prudence (1st encore), 21/ Trust in Me (1st encore), 22/ Spellbound (2nd encore).
This video is an edit version of that live show, as a 'PEEPSHOW 30th Anniversary – 2018 Special' including only the ten songs out of PEEPSHOW LP that were performed live for the first time on that show.
The album PEEPSHOW was released on 05 September 1988 in the UK and on the following day in The States.
It entered the UK Top100 Albums on 17 September 1988 at #20 which happened to be its highest position staying in that chart for a total of 5 weeks.
It peaked at #68 of the US Billboard200 Albums on 03 December 1988 staying in that chart for a total of 20 weeks.
