Upon discussions with GM International representatives currently in Seoul, top economic policymaker Kim Dong-yeon says,... due diligence must be completed before taking any action, while emphasizing 'three key principles' to abide by.
Those are that the automaker play “a responsible role” in normalizing its operations here,... the state-funded Korea Development Bank and GM's local labor union should "share the pain,".... and tha the automaker should come up with a long-term plan instead of a quick fix.
The U.S. auto giant responded... that these principles were 'reasonable.'
