He responds with factless accusations of "fabricated" numbers, that nobody is (walking, biking or driving on) on or using king street and his (ONLY his) bottom line is being affected. Well, john tory didn't have it, and reaffirmed it wasn't going to be cancelled or changed based on one numbskull's rant. On top of it, he hung up on the mayor in the middle of the conversation.
