Court documents show R&B singer R. Kelly has been evicted.
The singer was kicked out of two Atlanta-area homes over unpaid rent.
According to court filings Kelly owes more than $31 000 in past due payments.
Kelly paid $3,000 a month and $11,542 a month, respectively, for two homes.
The homes are just 2 miles apart.
The eviction is just the latest in the Kelly scandal.
Last year he was accused of imprisoning women in a sex cult.
