Duke's Grayson Allen is the ACC Player of the Week while Syracuse's Oshae Brissett and Virginia's De'Andre Hunter are Co-ACC Rookies of the Week for February 19, 2018. Allen led the Blue Devils to a pair of wins last week, averaging 22 points and 5 assists in the wins. Syracuse's Oshae Brissett put up 20.5 PPG and 9.5 RPG while shooting 56% from the field as the Orange split two games. De'Andre Hunter led the Cavaliers with 22 points in a big road win at Miami.
