They were spotted together in the Calabasas neighborhood of Los Angeles on Wednesday in work-out gear.
An eyewitness said, “They were really happy... They seem really at ease and truly enjoying each other.”
Holmes and Foxx went public with their relationship over Labor Day weekend in 2017.
