Pennsylvania Governor Rejects Redrawn Congressional Map

On Tuesday, Democratic Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf rejected a Republican-drawn congressional map, likely putting the state’s top court in charge of creating new boundaries. Last month, Pennsylvania's Supreme Court ruled that the existing map was an unconstitutional gerrymander, saying GOP lawmakers had marginalized Democratic voters in an effort to win more U.S. House of Representatives seats.
