After Josh McDaniels backed out of an agreement to become the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, he's also out of an agent, though he isn't out of a job.
McDaniels chose to stay with the New England Patriots as the offensive coordinator instead of taking the position in Indianapolis, which would have been his second stint as a head coach in the NFL.
