Disabled Man Lives On $200/Month, Sees Blanket On ‘Antiques Roadshow,’ Now He’s Millionaire

After suffering a car accident that almost took his life, Loren Krytzer saw his days a freelance carpenter come to an end. Doctors gave this disabled man only five years to live. After several complications, his foot was amputated.

Despite only having one foot, Loren was denied disability multiple times. This forced him to send his children to live with their grandparents.

Disability finally came through for this disabled man. After paying for rent, he would only have $200 a month to live on.

Loren was feeling like things were all crumbling down until he saw an episode of Antiques Roadshow. An elderly man found out his First Phase Navajo blanket was worth almost $500,000. After watching that, Loren immediately went to his closet to grab a blanket he inherited from his grandmother. It looked exactly like the one from the episode.
