At least 17 people were killed and 110 wounded after a car bomb exploded outside the former Interior Ministry building in Kabul, Afghanistan, on January 27, according to local reports.The Taliban claimed responsibility and reportedly used an Ambulance vehicle to carry out the attack.Journalists reported the explosion occurred in a busy area at around 1 pm.
