At least 3 killed, 45 injured after car bomb targets police vehicle in Turkey

At least 3 people have been killed and 45 others have been injured after a car bomb targeted a police vehicle in the city of Diyarbakır in southeastern Turkey, the governor's office reports. The police bus was said to be transporting PKK terror suspects. The identities of those killed were not immediately known, but 12 police officers are among the injured.
