Ted Cruz's running-mate, Carly Fiorina, appeared unhurt on Sunday, after falling off the stage where she was introducing Cruz and his family to supporters in Lafayette, Indiana. Shortly after presenting "the next first family", Fiorina disappeared from camera view, only to appear again moments later. James Valles reporting (BNO News)
