'Affluenza' Teen and Mom Found Where?

Ethan Couch, the "affluenza" teen who killed four people while driving drunk is now in custody. Couch and his mom, who have been on the run for weeks, were located and detained Monday evening in a beachside neighborhood of the Pacific Coast resort city of Puerto Vallarta. They have been handed over to Mexican authorities for deportation.
