This is daytime footage of Chaweng Beach Road located at Chaweng Beach on the island of Koh Samui (Ko Samui) in Thailand. Chaweng Beach which lies between the popular tourism area of Bophut Beach in the north (north of Koh Samui Airport) and Lamai Beach further south is one of the islands most popular tourist attrions and places to stay. Chaweng Beach is said to have one of Koh Samuis Best beaches along with Lamai Beach and BoPhut Beach. Chaweng Beach Road where this footage is filmed is where much of the the nightlife, shopping, hotels, bars and restaurants are located. It is also the location of the brand new shopping mall in Koh Samui (Koh Samui´s CentralFestival Samui shopping mall). The CentralFestival Samui Shopping mall opened up in March new. The video footage is filmed on Chaweng Road in the morning (beginning of video, just next to Chaweng Road) and on the main Chaweng Beach Road during the late afternoon where one can see shop owners, restaurant staff and bar staff preparing their businesses for the busy evenings at the holiday town of Chaweng Beach.\r
