Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha during Monday's (Jan. 8) news briefing referred reporters to a cardboard cutout of himself for questions."If you want to ask any questions on politics or conflict, ask this guy," he told reporters. He then walked away after giving the crowd a hand salute, leaving reporters literally scratching their heads in confusion.
