Roads were flooded in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, on Thursday, January 4, as a winter nor’easter swept the area. Hampton police urged residents to stay off the street because of flooding and ocean debris, according to WMUR.The report said storm and waste drains were blocked by snow and ice.
