Started in September 2012 as an acoustic duo with Rudraksh Banerjie on
vocals and Moses Koul on guitar, Gavin was roped in as a
bassist, and Abhilasha was brought on as the female vocalist. Along
with Leonne Castellas on the drums, the band began performing full
sets in October 2012, their first show being at St. Stephen's college
at the Capriccio festival. Afterwards, they performed at various
venues such as Turquoise Cottage, Cafe Morrison, Cafe 79, Cafe 39 and
various others, doing full shows as well as acoustic sets, also
recording with All-India Radio. In 2013, Reuben joined as the
keyboardist to resonate with the band's evolving ambient sound, and
after Leonne went to Berklee, Param joined as the drummer of the band.
L for Vendetta has played in numerous other venues since then. They are currently
working to release their first single.
