This duo project comes by chance and as a kind of game. The aim was simply to manage to mix the sounds of these two fascinating instruments: the harp and the hang. Since from the beginning the improvisation has been the key element: as a starting point, as a way of experimenting the sonorities, the rhythms and the atmospheres and, then, to bring all of these elements in more structured compositions from a rhythmic and melodic side.
There is a continuous passage from more structured events both from a rhythmic and melodic side to other track which are more characterized by the improvisation and fantasy freedom.
Besides the aim of a sound exploring, there is the idea of add other timbres and instruments.
The aim is to continue to research new timbres and new instruments, new music ways and new atmospheres.The choice of the title tracks has been consciously generic to allow the listener to find his own listening key. They represent a sort of evolution, a journey where the leading role can be the listener, the musician or a knight, a heroin or the music itself.
We imagine a sort of journey made by an errant knight, an ethereal character, with no face or name, unquiet, in an endless kingdom. His journey brings him into a fight, may be in a battle with an enemy or a divinity or coping within himself.... But he will get through of it as a winner.
