ダンスミュージックをコンセプトにロック、ジャズ、ファンク、エレクトロなどのエッセンスを取り入れたボキャブラリー豊富なアレンジを凝らす4人組インストゥルメンタルバンド。 2009年に発売された１stアルバム『hi hop』はタワーレコードのレコメンド『タワレコメン』に選ばれ、同時に洗練されたライブパフォーマンスも噂となり「SUMMER SONIC'09大阪」にも出演を果たす。2011年には自身のイベント「Mitole」を大阪BIGCATにて主催し、その後活動の拠点を関西から東京へ移す。2012年8月1100日振りのリリースとなった1stフルアルバム「Punch Games」をリリースし、翌年1月にrega、Nabowa、PETROLZ等を招いて渋谷、梅田QUATTROにて「Mitole」を開催。そのサウンドやライヴスタイルは各方面から注目を浴び、数々のアーティストのツアーサポート、来日アーティスト Lotus、Shortstraw、Maya Vik、Proviant Audio等と共演。2014年からBand,Djが出演する自主企画「Parabola」を隔月で開催する等、精力的に活動中。Aira Mitsuki のプロデュース、 CASIO KIDS、Low Frequency Club、藤井リナ、The Best of jazzin' for Ghibli(V.A)のリミックスといった活動も行っている。
