Guitarist and songwriter, La Stampa has defined Buzzy Lao as “a latest generation bluesman“. His roots are the rhythm of Blues and Reggae, combined with the intimate sound and depth of Italian songwriters. After long travels in Europe and England, experiencing street music, gigs and some of the most highly regarded live venues in London, in 2015 he returned to his hometown, Turin, and released his first single in Italian ‘Lacrime d’amore‘. From here he started an intensive set of gigs, accompanied on stage by several guitars, including the Weissenborn style lap steel and a band formed by drums and bass.
On september 2016 released the album Hula by INRI Records.
