Chitarrista e cantautrice veneziana, Elisa Erin Bonomo è l'ex frontgirl del gruppo "La Cantina dei Bardi", semifinalista a Italia Wave 2011. In precedenza aveva già pubblicato un EP autoprodotto da solista in lingua inglese, "Once in a Blue Moon", nel 2007. Con più di cento live alle spalle e armata di chitarra elettrica, looper, harmonizer, tastiera e voce, si è esibita ad agosto 2016 a Suoni di Marca Festival a Treviso in apertura al concerto di Daniele Silvestri e, successivamente, inserita nella compilation “IndieMood Sessions” su Rockol insieme ad artisti veneti e friulani come Mellow Mood, Alessandro Grazian, IACAMPO, C+C=Maxigross. Elisa presenta "Antifragile", registrato al NoShoes recording studio di Dolo (VE) sotto la produzione artistica di Stefano Pivato; il disco, autoprodotto e interamente finanziato in crowdfunding su Musicraiser, è stato pubblicato il 20 gennaio 2017. "Antifragile" contiene dodici canzoni dove Elisa mostra le sue doppie anime: rabbiosa e ironica, colta e nazionalpopolare, toccando storie di vita vissuta e temi forti: tra questi la violenza sulle donne in “Scampo”, brano che proprio per questo viene selezionato a marzo per il Premio Amnesty International Italia Emergenti. A maggio compie il suo primo piccolo tour nazionale, a cavallo tra Trieste e Taranto.
Elisa Erin Bonomo is a venetian songwriter and former frontgirl of the folk band "La Cantina dei Bardi".
In 2007 she first published an EP called “Once in a Blue Moon”.
After more than a hundred concerts playing electric and acoustic guitar, looper, harmonizer, keyboard and voice, in August 2016 she performed at Suoni di Marca Festival in Treviso as Daniele Silvestri opening-act. Later, she appeared in "IndieMood Sessions" compilation on the webzine Rockol, together with artists such as Mellow Mood, Alessandro Grazian, IACAMPO, C + C = Maxigross.
As a solo artist , Elisa just released her first album called “Antifragile”: it was recorded at the Noshoes Recording studio in Dolo (VE) and entirely self-produced by crowdfunding on Musicraiser.it."Antifragile" is a balanced mixture of scratching riffs inspired by PJ Harvey and Juliette Lewis and the best Italian female songwriters poetry (Elisa, Carmen Consoli, Cristina Donà).
It contains twelve songs in which Elisa shows the two faces of her soul: angry and ironic, touching stories of common life and strong themes . Among them, the up-to-date topic about violence against women finds its place in the track "Scampo", which has recently been selected for the Amnesty International Emergency Award.
In May 2017 she made her first small national tour from the northern Trieste to the southern Taranto.
