This is a song I composed one summer day at the park of Leuven, watching the beautiful flemish birds (specially the ducks), and the beautiful flemish girls, because when the weather is so hot, and the view is so beauteous, one can not do something else but sing!
This song, originally conceived in spanish, was improvised here in english, even though the main joke (the confusion between flamingos and fleming girls, which in spanish are referred to with the same word ""flamencas") is harder to exploit.
It was presented on thursday 23 november 2017 at the "Leuven Got Talent!" contest, organised at Pangaea (the café for international students) in KU Leuven, Belgium. The judged gave it what was at the moment the worst grade, and it ended up being the third "worst" one, according to their inextricable criteria.
