Flamboyante restaurants (at World Trade Center, Cuffe Parade) first anniversary celebration with a night market of two days has turned into a nightmare. As after a dismal show on first day (Tuesday) the stall owners has asked the management to refund the money as they fail to publicise the event which led to no walk-ins.
