The third eye is associated with the Pineal Gland. It has been sometimes called the seat of the soul. This ivation has been known to cause a profound understanding of oneself and a deepening understanding of the world around you.\r

First and foremost: LET GO OF EXPECTATIONS. When we demand something of ourselves, we are placing pressure on the body to perform and- and this will work AGAINST you from the beginning. \r

PLEASE use this recording as a TOOL to assist in the opening of the THIRD EYE - rather than the definitive final end product. Go in with an open mind and simply have fun. After all, life is for enjoyment! \r

Directions: Close your eyes, breathe in deeply through the nose and out through your mouth. and let go. On your breath in, breathe in love and peace. Whilst you breathe out, let go of any pent up tensions.\r

Focus on your 3rd eye area (just between your two eyes - slightly above)\r
Your body may experience some uncomfortableness in this recording - as it nears the 83 Hz which is 14 minutes into the recording. Some may experience feelings of euphoria and/or blissfulness. \r
\r
PLEASE NOTE: If it gets to uncomfortable, simply stop. Dont force yourself to go through anything you cannot handle.\r
\r

The track starts at 14 Hz and slowly ramps up to 50 Hz, and then at 14 minutes it reaches 83 Hz, which has been known to open the third eye area and ivate the Pineal gland.\r
It stays at 83 Hz until around 18 minutes and then slowly runs back down to 16.25 Hz.\r
