President Trump posted more tweets in the wake of the three UCLA basketball players getting released from China.

In the wake of the three UCLA basketball players thanking Donald Trump for his efforts in their release from China over shoplifting charges, the president posted a series of tweets Thursday morning.

"To the three UCLA basketball players I say:  You're welcome, go out and give a big Thank You to President Xi Jinping of China who made your release possible and, HAVE A GREAT LIFE!" Trump wrote in his tweets. "Be careful, there are many pitfalls on the long and winding road of life!"
Besides thanking Trump, all three players took responsibility for their actions during a press conference on Wednesday.
Hours prior, Trump had tweeted, "Do you think the three UCLA Basketball Players will say thank you President Trump? They were headed for 10 years in jail!"
His tweet sparked quite a few reactions.
"Trump is someone who likes to be praised," CNN's Chris Cillizza wrote in an opinion piece. "He likes to be adulated at all times -- and tends to respond well to people who say nice things about him."
