Punisher: War Zone[3] is an upcoming 2008 action film based on the comic book vigilante and anti-hero The Punisher, a fictional character whose adventures are published by Marvel Comics. The film is a reboot, not a sequel to 2004's The Punisher, directed by Jonathan Hensleigh.[4] It will be released in North America by Lions Gate Entertainment and will be released in other parts of the world by Columbia Pictures.
