Hot Dogs Tijuana or Tijuana-style Hot Dogs Recipe:\r
- 1 package wieners wrapped in bacon\r
- 5 hot dog buns\r
- 1 avocado\r
- 5 jalapeño chilies\r
- 2 tomatoes, chopped in small cubes\r
- 1 white onion, chopped in small cutes\r
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped\r
- 2 canned pineapple slices, cut in cubes\r
- 3 lemons, juiced\r
- Mayonnaise\r
- Sour cream\r
- Salt\r

Preparation: \r
- Place the sausages on a low fire grill, turning constantly until the bacon is golden\r
- Grill the jalapeños until soft\r
- Mix the tomato, onion, pineapple, and cilantro in a bowl. Ad the lemon juice and a pinch of salt to make pico de gallo.\r
- Spread the buns with mayonnaise and place on the grill to heat on both sides.\r
- Assemble your Tijuana-style hot dog, adding the sausage, pico de gallo, a bit of sour cream, grilled chilies, and a couple of avocado slices.\r
