5 boys have been charged with 2nd degree murder after throwing rocks from an overpass. One of these rocks struck and killed 32 year old Michigan father Kenneth Andrew White. Kenneth was struck in the face and chest when the rock crashed through his windshield. All of the boys are being charged as adults. 17 year old Kyle Anger is allegedly the one who threw the fatal rock. However many rocks were thrown, including a giant 20 pound boulder. The other four boys are all 15. All the boys have plead not guilty and could face life in prison.
