Part 16 of Twin Peaks: The Return brought us the return of Special Agent Dale Cooper. There is also lots of talk of Tibetan tuplas. Twin Peaks: The Return has been full of hard-hitting, confusing, beautiful, funny and ethereal scenes. We only have two hours left and there's still so much to find out and unpack. I take my shot at part 16 here, but we haven't even touched the surface. Things are getting deeper, and deeper and we're nearing the end.
