1 tbsp light olive oil\r
1 pound elbow macaroni cooked\r
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Muenster cheese\r
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese \r
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack\r
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese\r
1/4 cup Provolone\r
1 cup (8 ounces) Velveeta cut into small cubes\r
1/2 lb sauteed shrimp, chopped\r
1/2 lb steamed lobster, chopped\r
8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted\r
2 large eggs, lightly beaten\r
1/4 tsp seasoned salt \r
2 cups half-and-half\r
1 tablespoon paprika
