Rescue workers in Mexico City say they have detected "two or three children" and "have heard voices" but have difficult access to a "20cm space," as they continue the painstaking effort of clawing through rubble in search for survivors in a collapsed elementary and middle school after a 7.1-magnitude earthquake struck the country.
