How to Make Halloween Pumpkin Cups!

Pumpkin Cup Recipe\r
Makes about 3 dozen regular size peanut butter cups\r

Ingredients\r
¾ cups graham cracker crumbs\r
1/3 cup pumpkin puree\r
2 oz. softened cream cheese\r
2 T powdered sugar\r
¼ tsp cinnamon\r
1 tray Candiquik (or about 2-3 cups chocolate chips)\r
Sprinkles and black frosting for decoration\r

Directions\r
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to piping bag or Ziploc bag.\r
2. Place 1 tsp melted chocolate into silicone cupcake liners, then shake to distribute. Repeat for all cups, then refrigerate for 5-10 minutes until set. \r
3. Pipe 1 ½ tsp filling into each cup. Cover with more melted chocolate, then refrigerate until set (about 15 minutes).\r
4. Decorate with frosting and sprinkles as desired.
