Inspirational video has emerged from Virginia of an amputee lifting weights.
The video, filmed on March 13 in Richmond, shows the man lifting weights with his stump.
Says the filmer: "I am an amputee and missing my right hand. In the video, I am lifting weights at the gym with my 'nub', or right forearm.
"This video is meant to be inspirational for those with disabilities, as well gym motivation for pretty much everyone else!"
