A collection of promos that aired during Toonami in summer 1999, during the Moltar era.
As for notable stuff on the recording, there's a few bumpers for the DBZ Movie Marathon with a unique graphic design at the end, along with a schedule bumper. There's also some technical difficulties during an episode of DBZ.
