Young girl killed after car rams into pizzeria near Paris

A 13-year-old girl has been killed and 13 others were injured after a man rammed his car into a pizzeria right outside of Paris. French police said the driver acted deliberately. Authorities said the driver was likely psychologically unstable. It is speculated the driver attempted to commit suicide.
