Creme brûlée and Tiramisu Brownies




Ingredients & Directions




Tiramisu brownie:
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp rum extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup coffee
- 8 oz lady fingers
Mix cream cheese with vanilla extract and rum extract.
Add heavy cream and coffee and mix well.
Soak lady fingers in coffee and put on top of brownie layer.
Pour cream cheese layer on top of lady fingers layer.
Freeze 1 hour.

Creme brûlée brownie:
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
Mix egg yolks with sugar, heavy cream and vanilla extract.
Pour mixture on top of brownie.
Bake at 350F for 40 mintunes.
