Velomobile QuattroVelo 004 - SRAM GX 2x11 derailleur counterweight to cure ghost shifting

I added a counterweight to the SRAM GX 2x11 derailleur in my QuattroVelo to cure the ghost shifting problem. It seems to work well: even on very rough roads at full speed, it stays in gear now.
